TraveLite offers comprehensive travel protection with $50,000 in emergency medical coverage, along with benefits for trip delay, baggage and baggage delay.

You also have the option to upgrade your TraveLite plan with:

   -Flight Accident Protection of $1 million, $500,000 or $300,000.

   -Medical Expense/Medical Evacuation Coverage of $100,000.

   -Rental Vehicle Coverage of $50,000.

Features:
1. Coverage for Terrorism
This plan offers coverage in the event of an international terrorist incident, when documented by a U.S. State Department travel warning or - for domestic incidents, reported by the major news media.
2. Always Primary Coverage
This plan may offer "lighter" coverage for medical evacuation/repatriation but it still provides primary coverage. In the event of a claim, there are no deductibles and you file with Travelex first.
3. Pre-Existing Conditions
TraveLite covers pre-existing conditions for people of all ages if the plan is purchased within 21 days of initial trip deposit.
4. Five (5) Hour Trip Delay
TraveLite covers additional costs, including accommodations and meals, if you are delayed for at least 5 hours while traveling.
5. Worldwide Assistance & Concierge Services
Access emergency assistance and concierge advice 24 hours a day from virtually anywhere in the world - with just one toll-free call.

The rates above are for trips from 1 -31 days in length. Daily rate for trips from 32 - 180 days, add $5/day.  An $8 processing fee will be added to each enrollment.   Rates are subject to change.
 
Rental Vehicle Coverage Upgrade
You can purchase add-on coverage of $50,000 for just $7/day for up to a maximum of 31 days when the rental car is booked through your travel supplier.(Benefit not available in Oregon)
Flight Accident Upgrade:
You are covered for accidental death, dismemberment or loss of sight resulting from an accident while a passenger on a regularly scheduled flight.

  1) the Postmark of your enrollment form; 2) the date you phone in the enrollment; 3) the date your enrollment form is received by facsimile or 4) the date you submit the enrollment via the Internet, provided that in all cases the proper plan cost has been paid.

If NO Trip Cancellation/Interruption Protection is purchased

 ---12:01 a.m. on your trip Scheduled Departure Date or 12:01 a.m. following:

  1)the Postmark of your enrollment form;  2) the date you phone in enrollment; 3) the date your enrollment form is received by facsimile or  4) the date you submit the enrollment via the Internet,

whichever is later, provided that in all cases the proper plan cost has been paid.
