Requirement Documents for Business Trip / Tourism:

1. Valid/signed passport (valid 6 months with a blank page for visa)
2. Visa application form completed and signed - View or Print  Visa Application Form. 
3. One passport size photograph
4. Green card ( if you are not U.S. citizen and Green card holder: a copy acceptable) or valid re-entry visa to the United States of America
5. Business cover letter from applicant's company (written in letterhead) (For Any Business Trip)
6. Official invitation originating from the Chinese Provincial Government (For multiple entry business visa applicants only)

*Notes:  1. U.S. citizens visiting Hong Kong SAR for a short tour, or business visit can stay in Hong Kong for 90 days without applying for visas.
  2. Japanese Passport Holders, Singapore Passport Holders and Brunei Passport Holders with a stay in China of less than 14 days for business, sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends or transit do not require a visa. If the stay is more than 15 days you are required to have a visa.
